One of the most beautiful palms on Earth, the Mauritia palm, grows in the rainforests of the Amazon and Orinoco basins in South America. Recommended daily dose

1 teaspoon stirred into a glass of pure, filtered and non-carbonated water, one to three times a day (1 teaspoon = 4 g). Do not exceed recommended daily dose. In all cases, after three weeks interrupt the application for one week. It is recommended to increase your intake of fluids within the period of application.
