Hydrolyzed bioactive marine collagen type I (332 mg), plant capsule (HPMC), extract of snow fungus (Tremella fuciformis) (63.5 mg), extract of sea buckthorn berries (Hippophae rhamnoides) (35.5 mg), anti-caking agent – cellulose, fish collagen type II (23.5 mg), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids, probiotic culture blend (5.7 mg) (Bifidobacterium bifidum 4.5×10¹¹ CFU, Bifidobacterium breve 3×10¹¹ CFU, Bifidobacterium longum 1×10¹¹ CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus 2×10¹¹ CFU, Lactobacillus casei 3×10¹¹ CFU, Lactobacillus plantarum 5×10¹¹ CFU, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 5×10¹¹ CFU, Lactococcus lactis 3×10¹¹ CFU, Streptococcus thermophilus 4×10¹¹ CFU, Lactobacillus bulgaricus 0.5×10¹¹ CFU).

RECOMMENDED USE AND DOSAGE:

2 capsules 2–3 times daily. 
During use of the product, it is recommended to increase your fluid intake.
